Vik Singh, Founder and Managing Partner of VSINGH CPA LLC, has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and execution. He graduated from George Mason University with Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Early in his career, he handled his family business’ books in his early twenties and managed cash flow at Bank of America. In 2006, he joined the Finance and Accounting department for a Government Contractor that annually spent over $50M in taxpayers’ money to support the Department of Defense.

He is a dedicated, collaborative and pragmatic corporate finance executive and controller with extensive experience leading multiple functions, developing key financial strategies, building structure and delivering exceptional growth within the Department of Defense Government Contractor industry. He is a recognized expert in establishing internal controls and policies and procedures, managing provisional billing rates/indirect rates/incurred cost submission/balance sheets, data migration, corporate finance, reporting, financial controls, cost containment, and budget management.

He has extensive record of professional training in all facets of government contracting, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). He develops sophisticated financial models and translates best practices into actionable strategies. He drives innovation, change, compliance, accountability and results and has established credibility and connections with clients.
